Image Credit: DHS A criminal illegal alien from Mexico is on the run after he rammed federal vehicles with his own car and escaped in Vermont, authorities say.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just announced that Deyvi Daniel Corona-Sanchez remains on the loose following a harrowing incident that unfolded on March 11 in Burlington.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) conducted a targeted stop of a car Corona-Sanchez in an effort to take him into custody.
“During the attempted arrest, Corona-Sanchez weaponized his vehicle and rammed our ICE law enforcement officers. He fled on foot into a nearby residence and remains at-large,” said DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
Reports indicate a large crowd of open borders agitators interfered with officers at the scene, enabling Corona-Sanchez to escape.
Corona-Sanchez illegally entered the U.S. in 2021 but was deported in 2022.
He slipped back into the country at an unknown location and date and has prior charges for driving under the influence and criminal trespassing.
Anyone with information on Corona-Sanchez’s whereabouts is urged to call the ICE Tip Line at (866) 347-2423 or fill out the ICE Tip Form online.
Illegal aliens and radical leftists have become increasingly violent in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.
