Billionaire tech entrepreneurs Elon Musk and Reid Hoffman traded barbs Friday, with each claiming the other was more guilty of associating with Jeffrey Epstein.
The spat began when Musk called for the LinkedIn co-founder to be investigated after a streamer made a compelling case that Hoffman was an extremely close associate of Epstein’s and had stayed at Pedophile Island, his Zorro ranch estate in New Mexico, and his New York penthouse.

Within an hour of Musk’s post, Hoffman responded claiming that, unlike Musk, the FBI had investigated and cleared him, implying the Tesla CEO was guilty of wrongdoing.

Hoffman’s suggestion set off Musk, who firmly replied, “Liar, you are guilty of dark deeds and haven’t been cleared of anything.”
“You stayed at Epstein’s island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico and Epstein’s house in New York,” the owner of the X platform retorted. “You offered to help him with PR. You gave him gifts … Maybe if it was only one stay over, you could claim it was a mistake. Maybe. But there is NO possible explanation for the second time, let alone the third time. As the record shows, you were an eager repeat customer.”

Hoffman did not issue a response.
Online sleuths also challenged Hoffman’s claims that he was cleared, pointing to records that suggest he was meeting with Epstein long after he was convicted of child sex crimes.
In another post, Musk more pointedly asked Hoffman, “What did you mean by ‘ice cream for the girls?'” referencing a suspicious 2014 email from Hoffman to Epstein.

Hoffman has maintained he only visited Epstein’s island for fundraising purposes.
Reid Hoffman emailed Epstein 1,700+ times, yet in every interview he’s given, he insists he’s only “had a handful of interactions” with the man.
