Image Credit: Makhbubakhon Ismatova / Getty President Donald Trump posted a video of bombs going off in Tehran, Iran, Saturday evening, revealing the strikes reportedly killed “many of Iran’s military leaders.”
“Many of Iran’s Military Leaders, who have led them poorly and unwisely, are terminated, along with much else, with this massive strike in Tehran! President DONALD J. TRUMP,” he wrote.

The post came hours after the president warned, “Hell will reign down on” Iran if they don’t make a deal or open the Hormuz Strait within 48 hours.
POTUS also told the Iranian regime this week that he’d bomb them “back into the Stone Ages” and the U.S. “can easily OPEN THE HORMUZ STRAIT, TAKE THE OIL, & MAKE A FORTUNE,” as the channel would become “a gusher for the world.”
Iran rejected American ceasefire proposals and shot down a US A-10 Warthog and a U.S. F-15E on Friday.
On Saturday morning, a pair of major sites in Iran were struck, with Iranian state media reporting “casualties and significant damage” at the Mahshahr Petrochemical Special Zone in Iran’s Khuzestan province and a strike hitting Iran’s Bushehr nuclear plant.
While the Trump admin repeatedly suggests the war will be over quickly, this attack and other escalations this week signal it could be getting more intense.
