Image Credit: The Washington Post / Contributor / Getty House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ky.) subpoenaed special counsel Jack Smith on Wednesday, urging the Deep State globalist to testify before Congress about his prosecutions of President Donald Trump.
If Smith does not appear for his December 17 deposition, he may be subjected to arrest.
“The Committee believes that you possess information that his vital to its oversight of this matter,” Jordan wrote to Smith.
In October, the House Judiciary Committee released documents showing Jack Smith & Dems used the Jan. 6th investigation to dig for dirt on Republicans in a widescale fishing investigation.
Jordan released a video at the time breaking down how Arctic Frost documents exposed Smith and the left’s nefarious tactics.
Trump posted to Truth Social in October, calling on Smith and his Democrat cohorts to be imprisoned.
Time will tell if Smith shows up for his private testimony or if he’ll be charged with contempt of Congress just like former Trump officials Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.
