Image Credit: infowars composite The comedian hired by The Onion to head up Infowars, Tim Heidecker, says he likes to wear Alex Jones’ identity as a skin suit, while bragging he wants to eliminate him from the brand he created.
“So, um I, you know, I just love wearing his skin. I love wearing the man’s skin. What can I say? I’m like Leatherface,” Heidecker told The Majority Report w/ Sam Seder, referencing the villain from Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Asked if he’ll be wearing a body suit, Heidecker continued, “What I do is I, what I do is I cut, cut up the backbone with my fillet knife and peel the skin back and slip in.”
The washed-up Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job actor also told Rolling Stone he wants to disassociate Jones’ name from the company he built from the ground up.

“I know in fact that families want this person to feel bad and hurt. A bit of retribution or justice and consequences for what he did and I think the strongest way to do that is not through violence or anything like that — but just through laughing at somebody,” Heidecker said.
“Making fun of that person, mocking them, making them look like a fool. In the short term, that’s what it’s going to be about. But then I want to leave Jones behind. The initial radical thought I had was, “Can you change what the word Infowars means to people?” Give it four years and suddenly it means something else.“
Heidecker also said he conducted a CNN interview with his shirt off, a lá Jones, which hasn’t been aired yet.
In a video Wednesday, Heidecker toured The Onion headquarters walking up to bewildered employees doing a terrible Jones impression.
Despite the satire publication’s confidence that it will obtain Infowars within days – already selling Infowars merchandise before the takeover has been approved – a judge still has to sign off on the backroom deal made between a court-appointed receiver and The Onion, which the comedian cautioned could cause delays.
“We’re waiting for this last judgment so we have everything kind of set up to go live. For the time being, it’s all set,” Heidecker told Rolling Stone. “The amount of work going into this is unbelievable with just the tech side of it, and we’ve got a lot of really funny content waiting in the wings. Whenever that happens, whether it’s next week or in a month, or however long — things always take longer than you hope, especially with the law.”
Meanwhile, Jones says his attorneys are planning to file major legal challenges to the attempted highjacking of his company and identity by the Democrat/Deep State-backed Onion.
