Infowars “American Journal” host Breanna Morello announced Thursday she will be covering Department of War news as part of the new Pentagon press corps, following a mass walkout by mainstream media news outlets.
On Wednesday, Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell announced he would be filling news-reporting roles abandoned by legacy media organizations with “over 60 journalists, representing a broad spectrum of new media outlets and independent journalists” signing on to a new media access policy.

“I will be full-time covering the Pentagon as one of those members in the Pentagon’s new press pool,” Morello announced Thursday.
Morello will be covering Pentagon news alongside conservative outlets, including The Gateway Pundit, The National Pulse, Post Millennial, Red State, The Daily Signal, Just The News, Turning Point USA‘s “Frontlines,” LindellTV and others.

“It is an honor to replace those former colleagues of mine over at Fox and other outlets, of course, who decided that they were not going to make their way into the press pool and sign that agreement,” Morello remarked.
A Pentagon source said WaPo reached out while clutching their pearls and were notified Breanna would be “credentialed as an independent journalist, not as a representative of Infowars.”
The revelation that an Infowars-linked host will be part of the Pentagon press pool comes as The New York Times and CNN last week staged a mass walkout of media outlets after refusing to sign on to a new Department of War press policy intended to stop fake news and weed out leakers, prompting reporters for The Washington Post, Reuters, AP, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News to follow suit.

While aggrieved mainstream media propagandists who were members of the Pentagon Press Association lamented the move, framing it as “a dark day for press freedom,” Parnell says, “New media outlets and independent journalists have created the formula to circumvent the lies of the mainstream media and get real news directly to the American people.”
