Researchers in the UK recorded heart inflammation conditions like myocarditis and pericarditis only among vaccinated children, while no cases were recorded in a control group of unvaccinated children.
The alarming finding appeared in a 2025 study in the Epidemiology medical journal where British academics attempted to establish the effectiveness of first and second doses of Pfizer’s mRNA Covid-19 vaccine in adolescents aged 12-15, and children aged 5-11.
The Sept. 2025 study compared children who received first and second dose jabs to unvaccinated control groups, stating that in adolescents Covid-19 hospital admissions improved and no deaths were reported, while noting “safety outcomes” including “unplanned hospitalization, pericarditis, and myocarditis.”
“In both children groups, COVID-19-related outcomes were too rare to allow [incidence rate ratios] to be estimated precisely. Across all analyses, there were no COVID-19-related deaths, and fewer than seven COVID-19-related critical care admissions,” the study found.

Keen online researchers keyed in on the study’s admission that incidents of myocarditis were not seen in the control group of unvaccinated children.
“Among both adolescents and children, myocarditis and pericarditis were documented only in the vaccinated groups, with rates of 27 and 10 cases/million after first and second doses respectively,” part of the study’s results state.
The study’s shocking findings are being interpreted by many online as more evidence that the Covid jabs were behind a spate of heart inflammation diagnoses during the Covid jab rollout nearly five years ago.
