Leftist agitators in Minnesota who stalk or impede ICE may find themselves waiting in long lines at airports after one woman claims her TSA PreCheck was revoked for tailing federal agents.

The woman, 56-year-old Target Corporation Director Nicole Cleland, reportedly saw her speedy airport privileges taken away after a confrontation with federal agents while stalking them with a mob of anti-ICE activists, Ars Technica detailed.

In a complaint filed in a Minnesota US District Court, Cleland admitted she was tailing several ICE vehicles when she was boxed in and a Border Patrol agent walked up to her vehicle telling her she was impeding operations, saying “they had ‘facial recognition’ and that his body cam was recording.”

“He indicated he was giving me a verbal warning and if I was found to be impeding again, I would be arrested. I replied that I was in my neighborhood and simply community [sic] through my community. I acknowledged that I heard what he said,” Cleland stated in her complaint, adding she drove in the opposite direction after being confronted.

“Three days after the interaction, on January 13th, I received an email notice that my Global Entry/TSA-Pre Check privilege for passing through airport security had been revoked,” Cleland claimed.

“I logged onto the Global Entry site and the notification letter indicated that indeed my status had been revoked and that they can’t always disclose the reason. The notification did provide some reasons that my status may have changed and the only one that makes sense was ‘The applicant has been found in violation of any customs, immigration, or agriculture regulations, procedures, or laws in any country.'”

Cleland argued the proximity of the confrontation and the TSA privilege revocation were not a coincidence, and that she needed the PreCheck because she’s a “frequent traveler.”

“…[G]iven that only three days had passed from the time that I was stopped, I am concerned that the
revocation was the result of me following and observing the agents,” Cleland claimed, adding, “This is intimidation and retaliation,” and that she was a lawful “Legal Observer.”

The reported revocation of TSA privileges has sent chills down the spines of leftists, with many warning their fellow leftist agitators they could be next.
