Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen joined liberal comedian Bill Maher’s “Club Random” podcast this week for a wide-ranging discussion on politics, pop culture and other topics.

At one point, the pair discussed Democrat soft-on-crime policies, with Sheen making a simple suggestion that would easily help make American streets safer.

Sheen mentioned the the fact that a vast majority of crimes are committed by a small minority of the population, and Maher cited a “crazy stat” out of New York City where something like 600 people commit “a crazy amount of crimes.”

“You know, they [Democrats] throw people in jail and let them out the next day,” Maher said. “Like 600 people just over and over did like 80% of the whatever [crimes].”

Responding, the “Major League” actor said, “So if you’re able to build statistics from that, you clearly know who the fuck they are. So why not just take those 600 people and build a special place for them? Call it the 600 Building.”

“That’s good,” Maher replied. “That’s very good. And this is why Republicans get elected, because Democrats run cities and they don’t do that. It would be so easy to do that.”

The podcast host noted the far-left Democrats would be upset if the party stopped letting criminals out of jail, saying EVERYONE should want “career criminals” to be kept in prison.

During another part of the conversation, Maher mentioned the classic comedy film “Animal House” and how many of the jokes in the movie would never make the final cut thanks to the current politically correct culture.

Maher also pointed out the “judgmental” woke movement turned many leftists into “puritans” and “the people with the stick up their ass.”

Touching on the NFL’s bizarre decision to feature Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny – who has almost no songs in English – as its Super Bowl halftime performer, Sheen suggested the league could have picked an artist that is actually enjoyed by most diehard football fans.

He said, “There’s bands, there’s acts, there’s just people that I think are more germane to the experience of the game, of that moment, of that particular game! It’s the biggest game in the universe that’s played!”

“I agree,” Maher nodded.
