“I move that the committee issue a subpoena to the Honorable Pamela Jo Bondi to appear before the committee for a deposition regarding the department’s handling of the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and his associates and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act,” Rep. Mace told a House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday.

“A motion has been made. The committee will hold this motion in advance until the end of today’s hearing. The committee will now proceed with today’s hearing,” declared committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), as he began a session questioning Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D).
Rep. Mace also called for a subpoena of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights for records on “slush fund” payments allegedly used to pay for “secret settlements” covering up sexual misconduct of congressional members.
Attorney General Bondi has come under fire after revelations from the DOJ’s three million files released so far have shaken the establishment to its core, prompting questions on why there have been no arrests, while another three million files have yet to be disclosed.
Mace’s calls for Bondi to testify follow fiery testimony last week on the Epstein files from Bill and Hillary Clinton.
