President Donald Trump confirmed he was briefed on Iranian sleeper cells inside the United States, saying the government is aware of their locations and that ex-President Joe Biden is to blame.
“…If they try to hit us back, have you been briefed about how many Iran sleeper cells there could be inside the U.S. right now?” a reporter asked Trump at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland Wednesday night.
“I have been,” Trump confirmed, “and a lot of people came in through Biden with his stupid open border, but we know where most of them are. We’ve got our eye on all of them, I think.”

“They came in through the open border policy of Sleepy Joe Biden one of the worst – the worst – president in the history of our country,” Trump continued, adding, “but we’ve got our eyes on all of them, but this war itself is being prosecuted at a level like that nobody’s seen before. It’s pretty amazing to watch.”
The president’s comments follow a barrage of Islamic-inspired attacks across the U.S. in recent weeks, with Americans on heightened alert as the war against Iran drags on.
On Monday, ABC News reported an alert from the federal government to law enforcement agencies warned Iran may have transmitted “an operational trigger” activating “sleeper assets” in other countries following the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
“Since then, a pro-Iran Muslim terrorist shot and killed revelers at an Austin, Texas, bar, a Southwest Airlines flight from Nashville, Tennessee, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was forced to divert to Atlanta when a man threatened to ‘bomb’ the airplane and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar,’ and a pair of Muslim teenagers tried to kill conservative activist Jake Lang with a nail bomb,” reported Infowars’ Kelen McBreen.
Other alarming incidents this week include the NYPD investigating a suspicious package near Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s Gracie Mansion residence, an evacuation at Kansas City International Airport in Missouri Sunday due to a bomb threat, and a Reagan National Airport evacuation Thursday over a suspicious package, with an active shooter situation also unfolding at a synagogue in Michigan the same day.
The FBI this week also alerted police departments in California that Iran could be preparing to carry out surprise attacks using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles “against unspecified targets in California” in retaliation for U.S. attacks on Iran, as U.S. Army Fort Campbell on Monday revealed four drones were stolen last November.
On Thursday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt pointed out that the email to law enforcement in California was based on a single “unverified” tip, saying, “TO BE CLEAR: No such threat from Iran to our homeland exists, and it never did.”
