Footage shows a woman flipping out at a store cash register as she discovers her SNAP benefits, aka food stamps, can no longer purchase snacks or junk food as part of President Trump’s MAHA health agenda.
The incident unfolded at a Walmart in Florida, as a female customer jumped behind the register and reviewed her purchase item-by-item with the cashier, experiencing the new SNAP restrictions in real time.
“When you find out TRUMP ain’t playing no games shit will have you behind the register,” a caption on the video states.
“Not even the juice?” the woman asks the cashier, who checks the screen and replies, “The juice? No.”

“They didn’t take the juice, for real?” asks a woman filming the interaction, as her friend behind the register asks the cashier, “What?!” in disbelief.
“You get food stamps?” the customer next asks the cashier, who responds, “No, I wish.”
“Girl, they didn’t take the Reese’s?” the woman behind the register next asks, holding up a king-sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup package.
“Let me see…no,” the cashier answers.
Trying to make sense of the situation, the woman asks the cashier, “They don’t take no Reese’s on food stamps no more? No candy? So they weren’t lying when they said they were gonna take away all the snacks on EBT… Girl, what’s the point of having it?”
The incredible video comes as Florida along with five other states earlier this week signed waivers advancing Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s SNAP reform policies, excluding candy, prepared desserts, soda and energy drinks from taxpayer-funded EBT benefits.
The restrictions are slated to take effect on Jan. 1, 2026, however, as evidenced by the video, some areas have already begun enforcing the snack bans.
