On Tuesday the White House published a press release chronicling the violent rhetoric of the Democrats which, they say, inspired the latest assassination attempt against President Donald Trump.
“The attack was not random; it was the predictable result of years of reckless, inflammatory, and escalating rhetoric from Democrats,” the White House said in the release.
On Monday Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed the issue of Leftist violence.
Importantly, violence to accomplish a political agenda is the definition of terrorism.
The White House provided a long list of examples of “unhinged” liberal rhetoric, rhetoric they imply led to Democrats becoming domestic terrorists:
- Days before the latest assassination attempt, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries declared Democrats “are in an era of maximum warfare, everywhere, all the time” against Republicans.
- Sen. Chuck Schumer called on his supporters to “be forcefully rising up against” President Trump.
- Gov. Josh Shapiro said “heads do need to roll” inside the Trump Administration.
- Gov. Gavin Newsom urged supporters to “punch these sons of bitches in the mouth.”
- Gov. Tim Walz declared his state is “at war with our federal government.”
- Gov. JB Pritzker proclaimed that “Republicans cannot know a moment of peace,” urging his lunatic supporters to deploy “mobilization” and “disruption” against officials they don’t like.
- Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman called to “eliminate the President of the United States from the office right now, and the rest of the sycophants in his Administration.”
- Rep. Jasmine Crockett threatened Republicans: “We are gonna be in your face; we are gonna be on your asses.”
- Sen. Chris Van Hollen demanded Democrats “fight this in the streets.”
- Rep. Dan Goldman claimed President Trump was attempting to “take over this country as a fascist dictator.”
- Rep. Delia Ramirez labeled the Trump Administration as a “fascist regime.”
- Rep. Ayanna Pressley called President Trump “a fascist.”
- Rep. John Larson accused the Trump Administration of deploying “the SS” and “the Gestapo” across America.
- Sen. Alex Padilla claimed people were “dying because of fear and terror” caused by the Trump Administration.
- Sen. Elizabeth Warren stated President Trump was turning the country into a “fascist state.”
- Sen. Jeff Merkley likened President Trump to a dictator.
- Sen. Adam Schiff accused President Trump of using a “dictator playbook.”
- Sen. Ed Markey called President Trump a “dictator” and “authoritarianism on steroids.”
Additionally, during Trump’s first term in office a congressional baseball game was shot up by a radical Leftist terrorist who had a list of Republicans he planned to target.
“In June 2016, Michael Sandford, an unassuming 20-year-old from the quiet town of Dorking, Surrey, attempted to assassinate Donald Trump,” the BBC reported.
The domestic terrorist organization Antifa has been praised by liberal media and dismissed as “just an idea” by then-candidate Joe Biden.
The Podesta Plan (a Democrat plan to violently overthrow the Trump administration via civil unrest) is based on the principle of terrorism (violence for a political aim).
Recently, news reporter Savanah Hernandez was physically assaulted by radical left-wing protesters while performing the duties of her job.
Perhaps one of the most notable examples of Leftist violence in recent years was the 2025 assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk. While there is strong suspicion of Israeli involvement in the murder, the Jewish State’s leader Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed Israel is completely innocent. Regardless of the truth, the American Left had at least a part in the overall saga.
George Zinn, the 71-year-old man who was initially arrested at Utah Valley University after the assassination of Charlie Kirk has been charged with obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony. Zinn admitted to police that he was attempting to “draw attention from the real shooter.”
“Documents filed in Zinn’s case by UVU campus police allege that he began screaming, ‘I shot him – now shoot me,’ in the immediate aftermath of Kirk’s killing at Utah Valley University (UVU) on 10 September. Video of officers holding Zinn down was widely circulated online, leading some to believe that authorities had quickly arrested a suspect in the killing of the conservative political activist,” The Guardian said.
“For over a decade, Democrats have mainstreamed the language of violence and insurrection — then feign shock when their unhinged supporters act on it,” Tuesday’s White House release said.
Perhaps most ironic is that the President who was in office at the outset of the Democrat-induced terrorism phenomenon was Barack Obama. In 2009 Alex Jones reported how the Obama administration was training the military that peaceful political protest was terrorism.
