Speaking at an event put on by the Conservative Partnership Institute this week, MAGA strategist Steve Bannon warned Trump loyalists that many of them, himself included, will be jailed if Democrats regain power in next year’s midterms and the 2028 presidential election.
“I will tell you right now, as God is my witness, if we lose the midterms and we lose 2028, some in this room are going to prison, myself included. They’re not going to stop,” he declared. “They’re getting more and more and more radical, and we have to counter that. And what do we have to counter it with? We have to counter it with more action, more intense action, more urgency. We’re burning daylight. If you look across every aspect of this, we have to codify what President Trump has done by Executive Order.”

We’ve got to put aside these structural barriers and get on with it,” he continued, explaining even milquetoast Republicans such as Senator Lindsey Graham (S.C.) and staunch Constitutionalist GOP senators like Josh Hawley (Mo.) are realizing it’s time to get hardcore.
Bannon added, “We have to understand that if we don’t take this to the maximum, a maximalist strategy now, with a sense of urgency – and in doing this seize the institutions – if we don’t do this now we’re going to lose this chance forever because you’re never going to have another Trump.”
The following day, during his “Bannon’s War Room” podcast, the Trump insider suggested employees of the establishment propaganda outlet MSNBC “are gonna be indicted” as part of the conspiracy to unlawfully persecute President Donald Trump.
Bannon’s comment came in response to MSNBC’s coverage of the impending DOJ subpoena of ex-CIA Director John Brennan.
“This is how you go after the Deep State,” he said. “Bolton’s going to prison, Comey’s going to prison, Brennan’s going to prison. Weissmann’s going to prison, McCabe’s going to prison. I could go down the drumlist, I’ve got my cheat-sheet. Sorry guys, Trump came back. You never thought that would happen. You tried everything, bankrupt him, all these false charges, all these false felonies to put him in prison for 300 years and finally to attempt to assassinate him. None of it worked.”
