Records reveal that Fox News is an employer of H-1B visa holders. The cable news network’s “Fox News LLC” imprint has imported dozens of foreign visa holders in recent years, including for important positions like “Digital Newsroom Support Specialist.” And the globalist-friendly cable network hires radical immigration lawyers to broker their purchase of foreign scab labor.
The GOP Establishment’s globalist corporate wing is fond of cheap immigrant labor and hostile to President Trump’s America First mentality. Can mainstream conservative media be trusted?
Here are the stats on Fox News, according to H1BGrader.com: Fox News got 40 H-1B applicants certified between fiscal year 2016 and fiscal year 2025, never missing a year.

Records preserved by H1BGrader.com show six-figure Fox News jobs as high as $180,000 that went to H-1B foreigners.
The H1B applications state: “The employer authorizes the attorney or agent identified in this section to act on its behalf in connection with the filing of this application.”
Lawyers that Fox News hired include Lauren Rose Quinn of Fuller and Fuller in New York and Richard Yemm of Wolfsdorf Rosenthal in Santa Monica, California, who has retweeted anti-Trump content including from Letitia James, the anti-Trump attorney general in New York.
Fox News also hired lawyer Tien-Li Loke Walsh of Loke Walsh Immigration in Culver City, California. Walsh (who worked for Fox News on numerous H-1B cases) is a Malaysian immigrant educated in Australia whose published articles include “Practice Tips for NIV Processing at Adjacent U.S. Consular Posts in Mexico and Canada” and “Practice Pointers for O and P Visas.”
Tien-Li Loke Walsh spoke at the 2015 AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Annual Conference on Immigration Law. AILA’s policy arm the American Immigration Council has received funding from George Soros’ Foundation To Promote Open Society.
Tien-Li Loke Walsh wrote an article entitled “Top 10 Things Every F-1 Student Should Know About Working in the United States.” In it, Walsh coaches foreign students on how to take jobs in the United States.
Walsh’s tips include: “Even if you are planning to leave the United States after graduation, or if you have your ‘dream job’ offer lined up abroad, you should always apply for OPT in case circumstances change. Oftentimes, students are offered another job opportunity or their existing job offer falls through just before leaving the United States. Don’t miss out on that last minute opportunity by neglecting to apply for OPT. The filing fee is only $410 – it is money well-worth spent to keep your options open…It’s not just about the H-1B – there are other options!…Or perhaps you are worried about the limited number of H-1Bs because of the quota? Five lucky countries have free-trade agreements with the United States that provides alternatives to the H1B visa for professional workers. The “Lucky 5” countries are Australia, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Chile.”
So, now we know that Fox News hired Woke immigration attorneys to funnel foreign scab labor into their mainstream news corporation. Are you still watching?
These H-1B revelations will attract further scrutiny to the Fox News brand, which inflamed its own conservative target demo by firing Tucker Carlson, calling the state of Arizona early for Joe Biden on the disputed 2020 election night, and having neocon Rasputin figure Karl Rove on the air so many times over the years.
President Trump’s imposition of a $100,000 fee on H-1B visa applications was a good start, but his White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt walked it back somewhat, clarifying that it’s a one-time fee for employers and not an annual fee). Senator Jim Banks’ bill has gone nowhere on Capitol Hill. The Department of Justice Civil Rights Division under Harmeet Dhillon is investigating the H-1B program, as I famously reported, but her office doesn’t have public updates for me yet. The Department of Labor has set up a “Project Firewall” to protect Americans from H-1B fraud. Hopefully Project Firewall lives up to its dramatic name.
Squeezed out of the “New America” by high-earning foreign visa workers and migrants on food stamps, frustrated ordinary Americans across the country have come together on Twitter to agitate for change. Can the Forgotten Americans jog the Swamp’s memory?
