A woman has been charged for threatening to kill federal agents during an immigration enforcement operation outside a Massachusetts courthouse.
On Thursday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) released details about the case against Bethany Abigail Terrill, a 37-year-old resident of Malden, MA.
On Sept. 29, agents from the FBI, DHS, and ICE were working collectively to apprehended a foreign suspect near the Malden District Court in Medford, MA.
As they were taking the individual into custody, a woman identified as Terrill began harassing and filming agents while physically interfering with the arrest, according to the complaint affidavit.
In footage captured by body-worn cameras, as well as the suspect’s cell phone, she can allegedly be heard yelling the following phrases:
- “Charlie Kirk died, and we love it… We’re coming for you, gonna kill you.”
- “ICE is here, ICE is here.”
- “You guys are monsters. This is insane.”
Terrill allegedly bumped agents repeatedly and ignored orders to “back up.”
After she allegedly threatened agents with death, an agent attempted to take her into custody, but she resisted, forcing more officers to restrain her, the affidavit states.
“We are coming for you. We don’t like Nazis in America,” Terrill allegedly stated after agents replayed footage from her phone to prove she had made the threats that warranted her arrest.
Terrill has been charged with threatening a United States official, which carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000.
She was scheduled to make an initial appearance in federal court in Boston on Thursday afternoon.
Assaults on ICE officers are up 1,000% this year as illegal aliens and radical leftists become increasingly brazen in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.
