U.S. authorities apprehended Mexican illegals who exploited the Biden regime’s loose immigration enforcement to evade serious criminal charges in their home country, according to reports.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just announced two significant arrests made by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents in San Diego Sector.
On Feb. 26, USBP apprehended Silvia Del Rosario Torres-Castro in Anaheim, California.
Torres-Castro was processed and turned over to Mexico’s Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) to face homicide charges in her home country.
She illegally entered the U.S. in December of 2023 in the San Diego area.
On Mar. 6, USBP agents captured Salvador Suazo-Garcia in Lemon Grove, California.
Suazo-Garcia was processed and turned over to the FGR to face charges for lewd and lascivious acts against a child.
He entered the U.S. legally in 2021, but his visa was later revoked due to his alleged crimes in Mexico.
“Thanks to the Biden administration, these dangerous criminal illegal aliens were allowed to roam American streets and make our communities less safe. These are the types of illegal aliens the media categorizes as ‘non-criminal’ illegal aliens because they lack a rap sheet in the U.S.,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
“Nearly 70% of illegal aliens ICE arrested across the country have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges in the U.S. This statistic doesn’t even account for those wanted for violent crimes in their home country or another country, human rights abusers, gang members, and terrorists. Now, thanks to our law enforcement, these two criminal illegals are back in Mexico to face justice for their crimes.”
