On Monday Moscow’s ambassador to London, Andrey Kelin, said that UK soldiers are currently on-the-ground in Ukraine directly fighting Russia.
“Britain provides Kiev with political direction, supports it financially and with materiel, shares intelligence, arms, trains, and fights alongside the Ukrainian armed forces and other militarized structures,” Kelin said. “We have every right to consider London as a de facto party to the conflict.”
According to Kelin, the UK’s military planners run operations out of the British embassy in Kiev, operations which include aiding Ukrainian special services plan their military operations against Russia.
In December a British service member “accidentally” died in Ukraine while “observing” a weapons “test.”
“It is with deep regret that we must announce that a member of the UK Armed Forces died in Ukraine this morning,” the UK Ministry of Defense said. “He was injured in a tragic accident whilst observing Ukrainian forces test a new defensive capability, away from the front lines.”
In March 2025 the New York Times reported that United States military had boots-on-the-ground in Ukraine directly fighting Russia. Since 2022 Alex Jones has been reporting on this very thing.
Western nuclear powers directly fighting Russia are likely the impetus for The Kremlin’s new nuclear doctrine which allows it to preemptively strike the U.S. and Europe with nuclear weapons.
Kelin’s phrasing “We have every right to consider London as a de facto party to the conflict” is ominous when Moscow’s nuclear doctrine is taken into account. The doctrine specifically states:
According to The Telegraph, at least 40 UK citizens have died fighting for Ukraine since 2022.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is keenly aware that his nation is at war with Russia, following the death in December he said:
My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of the member of our Armed Forces who sadly lost their life today.
Their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
In February 2025 Starmer offered to send British troops to Ukraine, a move that a year earlier former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said would be a “declaration of war” risking a nuclear response.

The UK will spend nearly $270 million on equipping troops it plans to deploy in Ukraine after a ceasefire is reached, British Defense Secretary John Healey announced during a trip to Kiev on Friday.
Russia has repeatedly said it would not allow Western soldiers to be stationed in Ukraine and has warned that it would treat foreign troops as legitimate targets.
Nevertheless, Healey said the funds would be invested in units intended to form part of a multinational force aimed at providing “long-term security guarantees” to Ukraine.
In October 2025 Ukraine’s Dictator Vladimir Zelensky met with The Coalition of the Willing in London. During the event NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that Ukraine can use long-range missiles to strike targets deep within Russia. In November 2024 Joe Biden’s autopen presidency nearly kicked off nuclear World War 3 by allowing Ukraine to do this, followed by the UK and France. President Donald Trump recently rejected U.S. involvement in such an escalation.
“Ukraine has the right, obviously, to defend itself, particularly of course against all the attacks by Russia,” Rutte said, noting this has been his position for some time now. “And that includes striking targets in Russia with long-range weapons.”
Starmer said that London will push allies to provide Ukraine with more long-range missiles to strike Russian targets.
“We’re accelerating our UK program to provide Ukraine with more than 5,000 lightweight missiles,” he said at the meeting.
