Investigative reporter James O’Keefe released the second video of his undercover reports exposing a scheme where companies and Native American tribes are engaging in fraud in order to rip off U.S. taxpayers.
Essentially, companies are paying a tribe to act as “owners” of their business so they’ll receive no-bid government contracts, where the enterprises then subcontract a non Native-owned company to do most of the work at less than half the cost.

So, the tribe takes a cut for securing the contract, the “Native-owned” company takes a cut for owning the bid rights, and the company doing the actual work get the remainder of the tax dollars.
In part 2 of his hidden camera footage, O’Keefe filmed ATI Government Solutions Senior Director Anish Abraham saying his company was taking a “65%” cut for “fulfilling” the contract while the subcontractor was being paid 35% of the government’s offer.

O’Keefe also revealed U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Kelly Loeffler announced an investigation into ATI Government Solutions and its Native tribe “owners” following the release of the first O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) video‘s release.
In fact, the Trump administration will be “conducting a full review of the 8(a) Program,” which is supposed to provide assistance to socially and economically disadvantaged small business owners.
The bombshell O’Keefe investigation could end up saving taxpayers millions of dollars if the government audits the program and prevents future fraud.
