Republicans Seek To Pass Biden-Era Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill

Republicans seek to bequeath dignity to those who showed no dignity to our nation's borders.

Despite the current version of The Dignity Act being introduced in 2025, the bill is originally a 2021 Biden-era immigration reform program that Trump-era Republicans are now touting.

While Republican constituents voted for the mass deportation agenda in 2024, the GOP is answering that political mandate with Biden-era amnesty legislation. Whereas Democrats ruled the nation with open borders, Republicans seek to prevent illegal alien deportations before Democrats take back the government in a future election.

The “Dignity” Act is a bipartisan bill that aims to grant undocumented, undignified individuals the dignity to remain in the nation, despite them showing no dignity to the nation’s borders.

The Act would establish The Dignity Program, a program by which the least dignified in society will be granted legal authorization to remain in the country, assuming they have been trespassing for long enough:

  • Dreamers and DACA recipients are provided with conditional permanent resident status for 10 years. Then, they will have a pathway to adjust to lawful permanent resident (LPR) status through work experience, military service, or higher education.
  • Establishes the Dignity Program, a practical solution for undocumented immigrants who have been in the U.S. for more than five years (before December 31, 2020).
    • Recipients will be offered a chance to work, pay restitution, get right with the law, and earn legal status.
    • Applicants must comply with all federal and state laws, pass a criminal background check, repay back taxes owed, and start paying income taxes.
    • Dignity participants will also pay $7,000 in restitution over seven years, check in with DHS every two years, and remain in good public standing.
    • Individuals in the Dignity Program will not have access to federal means-tested benefits or entitlements. They will be net contributors to tax revenue and to the U.S. economy.
    • NO path to LPR or citizenship is available through the Dignity Program.
    • Upon successful completion of the Dignity Program, the individual can apply for the Dignity Status.
  • Dignity Status
    • Individuals will remain protected from deportation and will have access to full work authorization, the ability to live in the U.S., and travel authorization outside the U.S.
    • They will remain ineligible for means-tested benefits and entitlements.
    • Dignity Status can be renewed indefinitely as long as the individual remains in good standing with all federal and state laws.
    • NO path to LPR or citizenship is available through the Dignity Status.

Ironically, the Act states that “undocumented immigrants” can stay if they have been trespassing before 2021, despite the very nature of being “undocumented” implies a lack of documentation to prove the length of trespass.

While AI data centers are cropping up across the country and the future of human-led occupations is being increasingly challenged, the illegal aliens which The Dignity Act will keep in the country “will be offered a chance to work” at a job that will not go to a citizen.

While the artificially “dignified” aliens will not be offered full citizenship or socialist benefits, they will get to remain within a nation which awaits a future Democrat government that will undoubtedly seek full citizenship status for the “dignified.”

Importantly, Republicans did not even create a new Trump-era immigration act, rather, Trump-era Republicans are continuing to push Biden-era immigration reforms.

”In March 2021, Rep. Salazar announced her vision for immigration reform in the Dignity Plan. Less than a year later, she introduced the first version of her Dignity Act. After consulting with members of both parties and a diverse group of interested stakeholders, Reps. Salazar and Escobar teamed up to introduce a new, better, and bipartisan version of the Dignity Act. Specifically, the new bill secures the border once and for all, reforms our broken asylum system, strengthens support for border communities, and stops the humanitarian crisis we are currently facing,” Rep. Salazar’s website said.

Charlie Kirk was against The Dignity Act:

WARNING — There are a handful of Republicans in Congress pushing the so-called “Dignity Act of 2025” which would shield illegals from deportation if they’ve been in the US since before 2021.

Here’s the trick: We do NOT know when many, or perhaps most, illegals entered the US. All they’d have to do is say the magic words and they’d be allowed to stay. At best their case would be bogged down in court for years. This is a ruse. Do not fall for it. This will grind President Trump’s mass deportations to a halt.

This is worse than “soft amnesty.” This de facto ends the mass deportations Americans just voted for.

Republican Maria Elvira Salazar just told you the entire game on her “soft amnesty” push:

“At some point in the future, another legislator will write another law to give them a path to citizenship. Right now what we need to do is buy peace for these people, allow them to stay.”

It’s all a total ruse that will grind mass deportations to a halt. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Republicans are taking one type of alien invasion seriously however, the invasion of the extraterrestrial aliens.

Since 2025 Republicans have occupied all three branches of the government.

While Republicans in Congress attempt to continue the Democrat amnesty agenda, the Republican in the White House appear to be following suit.

On March 30 former Border Patrol commander-at-large Greg Bovino joined Infowars Sunday Briefing host Nick Sortor to discuss recent changes in President Donald Trump’s illegal alien deportation operations, changes he said amount to a Trump amnesty plan.

“We keep hearing this term ‘worst of the worst’ and I believe you described that to me as an amnesty program?” Sortor asked.

“Codename for amnesty,” Bovino replied. “Plain and simple, I’m not going to mince words now, that’s codename for amnesty.”

The Republican-led Supreme Court is now deciding the fate of birthright citizenship – a part of the 14th Amendment intended for the children of slaves. Despite a six/three Republican majority, the GOP actions of the other two branches raise concerns about the Judiciary’s likely outcome.
