Border Czar Tom Homan unloaded on activist judges who are impeding efforts of the Trump administration to enforce immigration laws in the U.S.

During a press gaggle at the White House this week, Homan was asked about U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams ordering a temporary pause on any new construction at Alligator Alcatraz in the Florida Everglades over alleged ‘environmental concerns.’

“They haven’t put one feet of concrete down that wasn’t already there. The airport was already there. The runway was already there. They are moving waste in and out every day. They’re moving sewage water in and out every day. I don’t see any environmental impact,” Homan stated.

“I’m sick and tired of radical judges trying to shut down everything we are doing. It’s ridiculous. I thought the Supreme Court was pretty clear, last month, about these radical judges trying to stop the Trump administration from implementing our agenda that the American people voted for.”

Homan dispelled false reports that foreign detainees at Alligator Alcatraz are being mistreated, underfed, and denied medical attention.

“Bunch of crap. I was there. I walked through detainee facilities. I walked through the medical facilities. I walked through the cafeteria,” he said.

“They ate better yesterday than I ate today… I looked at what they are giving them for dinner. I did it so I can push back on the fake media stories. I went down there and saw the meals. I would have one of those meals.”

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, credited as the architect of the Everglades facility, slammed Judge Williams’ restraining order, vowing that it “will be appealed.”

“Alligator Alcatraz was already constructed and operational. It continues to be operational, detaining and deporting,” Uthmeier said on Friday.

Florida is reportedly making plans to open a similar detention center at Camp Blanding, a Florida National Guard training base that lies between Jacksonville and Gainesville.
