ABC/Disney nighttime host Jimmy Kimmel smeared President Donald Trump as a murderer Wednesday after an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis during a heated altercation.
“I know what they’re doing. They’re trying out a new slogan. ‘Donald J. Trump is going to kill you.’ That’s pretty good, right?” the late-night comic quipped, adding, “That’s really bad.”

Kimmel was making light of the death of 37-year-old Renee N. Good, who on Wednesday was shot to death in Minneapolis by an ICE agent after she, in her attempts to evade federal detainment in her vehicle, struck an agent, prompting him to shoot her.

The late-night host went on to read President Donald Trump’s response to the event, in which he blamed leftist radicalization for the hostility toward ICE – exactly the type of rhetoric Kimmel’s segment perpetuated.
Posting to Truth Social, the president wrote: “The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis. They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE. We need to stand by and protect our Law Enforcement Officers from this Radical Left Movement of Violence and Hate!”
