Popular fitness trainer and podcast host Jillian Michaels destroyed Democrat race narratives during a recent CNN segment on the Trump administration’s newly announced reviews of Smithsonian museums.

When Michaels asked Democrat strategist Julie Roginsky if she’s looked into any of the exhibits the White House will be reviewing, Roginsky suggested Trump is whitewashing slavery.

“You cannot tie imperialism and racism and slavery to just one race, which is pretty much what every exhibit does,” said Michaels, adding, “Do you realize that less than two percent of white Americans owned slaves? Do you realize that slavery is thousands of years old? Do you know who was the first race that tried to end slavery?”

After the confused CNN hosts and guests pushed back, claiming slavery “was a system of white supremacy,” and asking her to elaborate on her comments, Michaels explained that almost every Smithsonian exhibit is riddled with anti-white rhetoric.

Another exhibit the fitness expert mentioned is sports-themed and focuses on the complexity of gender testing in sports, with Michaels arguing, “It’s not complex, it’s basic science. It’s XX chromosomes, it’s XY chromosomes… Is it fair to have biological men competing against biological women in sports? No, but why is this in the Smithsonian?”

Concluding her overall point, Michaels said the museum “has been totally captured” by the left and is “totally partisan.”

CNN anchor Abby Phillip later claimed Michaels brought up race during a conversation that was supposed to be focused on the arts, but the footage clearly shows Roginsky was the first person at the roundtable to mention race and slavery.

Posting to 𝕏 following the heated exchange, Michaels posted images from one of the exhibits she referred to on CNN, pointing out the museum blamed the U.S. government for supporting dictators like Fulgencio Batista while ignoring the fact that Fidel Castro’s regime ushering in hardcore communism was the real catalyst behind Cuban emigration to America.

Conservative CNN host Scott Jennings also joined in on the Smithsonian conversation, noting the left recently tore down historical statues and tried erasing American history by renaming schools, military bases and other institutions.

Michaels also reposted a popular video by 𝕏 user Kaizen D. Adiedu breaking down the myth that white people invented or were the sole beneficiaries of slavery.

British author Konstantin Kisin recently made headlines for daring to speak the truth about the history of slavery during a Qatar Foundation town hall event where leftist audience members laughed at the fact that the British empire was the first to end slavery.

Alex Jones discussed the topic during his live show earlier this week.
