President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Tuesday, restricting the use of mail-in ballots in all fifty states.
Sitting in the Oval Office, POTUS said he wouldn’t be surprised if “rogue” Democrat judges challenge the order but that he expects to win in court if it comes down to a legal battle.
The executive order, titled, “Ensuring Citizenship Verification And Integrity In Federal Elections,” entrusts DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin and the Social Security Administration to only send mail-in ballots to U.S. citizens on an approved list of eligible voters.
The ballots will also be required to have secured envelopes and barcodes so they can be tracked after being mailed.
Meanwhile, the order directs Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate and prosecute anyone suspected of sending ballots to ineligible voters.
