An unhinged Phillies fan went viral after she was seen on camera confronting a father who’d grabbed a home run ball that flew into the bleachers for his son as a birthday gift.
The incident unfolded in Miami on network TV Friday night during the fourth inning when Phillies center fielder Harrison Bader hit a grand slam into the stands, prompting a free-for-all scramble for the ball.
After one man emerged from the frenzy with the ball and gave it to his son, hugging him with love, a woman was next seen going over and confronting him.

The woman insisted she grabbed the ball first, and that the dad grabbed it out of her hand, shouting, “You took it from me. That was in my hands.”

After the pair argue, the dad grabs the ball from his son’s glove and hands it over to the angry Karen, who takes it and walks away.
The viral incident received a brutal meme treatment, with some claiming the woman resembled Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.).

The young boy’s disappointment didn’t last long – Florida Marlins staff later came to his seat and gave him a gift bag.

After the game, the boy – who was reportedly celebrating his birthday – was also treated to a meet-and-greet where he met Bader and received a signed bat.

The viral incident, showing an adult callously snatching a memento from a child at a sporting event, comes after a Polish paving company CEO was caught on camera snatching a hat from a boy at the US Open last week.

In that case, the CEO of Drogbu, Piotr Szczerek, issued a full-throated apology claiming he was sorry and reportedly gave the ball back to the boy after the incident went viral.
So far the woman hasn’t been identified, but it’s probably best if she comes forward before the internet doxxes her.
