The FBI announced Monday that it arrested four suspected members of a radical pro-Palestinian extremist group called the Turtle Island Liberation Front (TILF) over the weekend, accusing them of plotting to detonate several bombs in Los Angeles and New Orleans on New Year’s Eve.

The coordinated IED attacks were said to target five different locations in the Southern California city, specifically seeking to harm ICE agents.

Four suspects in the Los Angeles scheme have each been charged with conspiracy and possession of a destructive device.

According to the FBI, a fifth individual tied to the pro-Palestine extremist group was arrested in New Orleans for allegedly planning a separate attack.

Attorney General Pam Bondi posted to 𝕏 on Monday, revealing the group “also planned to target ICE agents and vehicles.”
